It’s a long-term relationship where we make ourselves available long after the system has been put into commercial operation, so our partners feel fully supported before, during, and after the solar system has been installed. We’re proactive in training our partners on the ins and outs of solar, but we’re also only ever a call or email away should questions arise.
Performance monitoring
We monitoring the system performance for the first 12 months of operation to make sure everything is tracking as it should. We use this time to explain and demonstrate how we do this so our partners feel comfortable handling and understanding the system.
Savings analysis
The savings are a big part of solar and we keep a close eye on the utility bills, especially in the first 12 months of the project being in operation. It’s important to make sure the tariffs are updated and the energy generation is reflected accurately on the utility side.
Peace of mind
Our customer service team remains on hand to answer questions as well as schedule technicians to visit site should a technical issue arise. Should there be any issues with equipment or performance, we will get to the bottom of it quickly and deal with manufacturers on your behalf.
