We recently completed the successful installation of a 54kW rooftop system at Star Dance Studio in Santa Clarita, California.

With high A/C costs due to the need to keep the studio cool for dancers of all ages, the owners at Star Dance decided to invest in solar with the comfort of their members in mind.

The system offsets 100% of current usage and will work hard to minimize cooling costs that have increased significantly in he last four years.

Star Dance qualifies for for almost 65% in tax credits and incentives, including the 30% Solar Investment Tax Credit, the 10% Energy Communities Bonus Tax Credit, Bonus Depreciation and Modified Accelerated Cost-Recovery System (MACRS). This, coupled with the bill cost savings, mean a payback period of three years on the investment.
